Current Openings
Project Manager / Estimator
We have multiple openings for a Project Manager to lead our projects from the first bid to the final walk-through. You’ll be the bridge between the blueprints and the finished product, ensuring every job is on time, on budget, and up to the H3 standard.
What we're looking for
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months of experience working with general contractors and subcontractors.
- Technical Skills: Bluebeam and Building Connected.
- Safety & Compliance: Must hold an OSHA 30 certification and be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen.
Equipment Operator
Precision is the name of the game. We’re looking for skilled Operators to handle our heavy machinery. You aren't just moving dirt or pouring concrete; you’re setting the foundation for the entire project’s success.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators, or pavers).
- A "safety-first" mindset and the ability to perform daily equipment inspections.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites around Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work closely with the ground crew to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Skilled Laborer
Our Laborers are the backbone of the job site. This is a role for someone who isn't afraid of a hard day's work and takes pride in seeing a project come together. You’ll assist with site prep, material handling, and supporting our specialized trades.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience on a commercial or residential construction site.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- The physical stamina to work outdoors in Texas conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
- A strong work ethic and a "team-first" attitude.
Construction Helper
Ready to start your career in the trades? As a Construction Helper, you’ll support the crew while learning the ropes of the industry. This is a great "foot-in-the-door" position for someone eager to work hard and grow into a skilled laborer or operator role.
What we're looking for
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is a must.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain a clean, safe job site.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
