H3 Concrete Contractors Fort Worth, TX Manufacturing Renovation

Clarus Glassboards needed concrete renovations and selected H3 Construction concrete contractors. Fort Worth, TX, is home to the Clarus Glassboards manufacturing facility, where the company produces fully customizable glass dry-erase boards. The manufacturing operation required warehouse and production modifications to streamline production processes while maintaining operations in the plant.

Large-scale updates with minimal production disruptions

The facility update included expansion and improvements to the production warehouse and work areas inside and out. Each step required specialized work focused on demolition, excavation, and customized concrete.

Before new construction began, the H3 Construction demolition team removed the existing warehouse flooring. The next step was precisely excavating trenches and pits to prepare for the work of our concrete contractors. Fort Worth, TX, warehouse and production facility renovation continued with extensive concrete structures designed exclusively for the production of Clarus Glassboards, including:

  1. A new loading ramp. The addition of a truck-accessible loading ramp allows direct access to the production floor, decreasing loading time and effort.
  2. Specialty utility trenches and plumbing systems. These systems process glass-infused water by removing unwanted particles, capturing recyclable material, and managing waste.

The regular business tempo didn’t slow down during this renovation process. Each step of the update process was implemented with precise attention to detail and executed with minimal disruption to ongoing production. Improvements were designed and implemented with the overall goal of increased production safety and efficiency.

Clarus Glassboards efficiency improved

The new concrete structures facilitate a more streamlined production process. This, in turn, increases production efficiency, which leads to more products being delivered to consumers. The result is higher profits.

Providing the best product for their customers is Clarus Glassboards’ highest priority. By recognizing the potential for expansion and investing in facility improvement, they are better able to provide top-level products and services to their customers.
